*Wooded, maintained trails and open fields to ride on the 14 acre property
*Round pen 50'
*15 stalls, 12 x 12 with overhang and large paddocks attached
*5 indoor stalls for haul-in, open arena and overnight/short term use
*Adequate parking space, also for trailers
*Full bathroom, heated with shower
*Heated lounge with kitchen and second powder room
*2 wash stalls with cold & hot water ( 1 indoors, 1 outdoors)
*12 x 20 Foaling or lay-up stall
*Tack rooms with individual lockers
*Indoor and outdoor groom & tie spots
*Indoor 30 X 30 work space for equine practitioners
* on-site certified farrier
